Bio: Scoornen Is a politician in the nation of Germany. One of the first players of Germany, he played during early Power 5, (during his later period in the game he went by Sciiplionovosha) however disappeared for about 5 months without any word or trace a brief while after creating a system for the German government called 'The Kaiserreich.' He came back recently on August 10th, and became 'Kaiser' aka PM of Germany on August 17th. On the 3rd of December, he fought against the Russian leader Sobieski(in game Zhukov) in an unprovoked war in which Russia invaded Germany. Scoornen adapted the term Sheep Dogs for Sobieski and his cronies and consistently denied Sobieski's attempts to force him to surrender. He told Sobieski to "Bite my ass." and has repeatedly pointed out the Russian leader's cowardice of sending all forces to Germany to avoid the crushing defeat of Russian forces at China.
Political: The second and twelfth Chancellor (First and Third Kaiser) of Germany, as well as having been Minister of Defense during early Power V. As Minister of Defense, nothing notable happened, unlike during his two reigns of power. His first period of reign resulted in economic growth, the removal of debt, and better legislation in Germany. This did not last long however as he suddenly disappeared without any warning(leading some members from Germany to actually believe he committed suicide in real life.). His improvements were quickly undone by the following administration. He returned during late Power VI on August 10th, and would assume the position of Kaiser again on August 17th. Again the economy would see growth, better laws would be enacted, the debt seriously reduced(predicted to be ended by September 8th), poverty decreased from 26% to 7%(war started afterwards which would stop the shrinking of the poverty rate), a lower unemployment rate, and a better standing with the world. However, during this certain period, the Russian Desperation War began which has hindered him severely. He continues currently as Kaiser, having stopped two other people from taking position for now, and continuing to work for a better Germany, not wavering despite the conflict raging on.
