Background on Shanghai Cooperation Organization

The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation is a organization created during POWER 5. It includes 2 country's: Russia and China.
History[]
The Organization was implemented by Rumsod and the first General Secretary was, the Russian minister of Foreign Affairs; Malvar. Only russia voted on the new General Secretary, China abstained. During his term the relations with China improved on things like; Defense and trade. On 3 Febuary he handed the leadership over to Raymond.
Chinese "coup"[]
At 8th of March, Malvar wrote a bill to abolish the free trade. The free trade had been installed hours earlier. However Russia needed to money to invest and to increase the government approval rating. This was seen as a sign of a trade war, by the Chinese minister of foreign affairs, Goku. He wrote a bill to replace Raymond as the General Secretary for Pussy Pounder 92. Then Raymond convinced the Chinese, that it was all a big misconception. This solved the crisis.
Mexico joining the SCO[]
On the 8th of March, Raymond asked former United States president and current Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, HHH to join the Shangai Cooperation Organisation. He agreed and wrote a bill to get in SCO. However the Chinese were badly informed by Raymond and they nayed it at first. After all Raymond convinced China to let Mexico in to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
Goals[]
The main goal under the General Secretary Raymond is to improve relations with China, because of the threatening west.
